Your privacy and this website

This policy explains what happens to information when you visit NSDL Photo Resize and use its image-resizing tool.

Last updated: October 29, 2026

Images are processed on your device

When you select a photo or signature, the website processes it in your browser. The image is not uploaded to or stored by this website. The resulting JPEG is created in your browser and saved to your device only when you choose to download it. Your original image is not modified by the tool.

Information stored in your browser

If you change the appearance setting, the website saves your light or dark theme preference in your browser’s local storage so it can remember that choice on a later visit. This preference stays in your browser and is not sent to us. You can remove it by clearing this website’s stored data in your browser settings.

Website operations

When you visit a website, its hosting provider may process technical request information, such as an IP address, browser details, and requested pages, to deliver and protect the service. How long that information is retained depends on the hosting provider and its configuration. We do not use information from your selected images for analytics or advertising.

Messages you send us

If you email us, we receive the email address and any information you choose to include in your message. We use it to respond and handle your request. Please do not email photos, signatures, or other sensitive documents; the tool does not need them to work.

External websites

This website may link to external websites, including official application portals. Those sites have their own privacy practices and terms, which we do not control. Review their policies before providing information to them.

Your choices and questions

You can choose not to use the tool, clear its saved theme preference through your browser, or contact us about a privacy question. To reach us, emailcontact@nsdlphotoresize.com.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy when the website or its practices change. The latest version and its update date will be posted on this page.
